I ordered from Barneys Warehouse and had a good experience overall. The delivery came on the day they said it would, which I always appreciate. The tracking wasn’t the fastest to update, but it was enough to keep me informed. The box had a small dent, but the item inside was fine. I’m giving it one star off because dispatch took a bit longer than I expected, but it was still reliable.

I thought they might make the return process more annoying than it needed to be, but it went smoother than expected. I got my refund without much hassle, so I can’t really complain...

It looked like the pictures online, which was nice. The color and little details were close enough that when it showed up, I wasn’t surprised or anything. For what I needed it for, it worked out fine.
